How do scouts work?
Scouts are volunteer shoppers who scan the products missing from your shelves and alert you in real time. They are an engaged community that wants a better shopping experience.
What happens after the 14 free days?
After the trial, you can subscribe to the Essential plan at €29 per month per store, excluding VAT. You can cancel at any time, with no commitment.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum term: you can cancel your subscription whenever you want from your dashboard.
What other plans are available?

Does ShelfAlert work for small stores?
Yes. ShelfAlert is designed for every kind of store, from the corner shop to the superstore. The Essential plan is made to get started.
How do you check that I really manage this store?
With a call to the store's official phone line, the one on its Google Maps listing: you receive a code to enter. If the number is not the right one, a manual verification with supporting documents is reviewed within 24 to 48 hours.

Do I need to install an app to report an empty shelf?
No. ShelfAlert works from your phone's browser: open the site, scan, done.
What do I scan when the shelf is empty?
The barcode of an identical product next to it, or the shelf label (electronic or paper). If nothing can be read, a photo is enough: an AI identifies the product.
Does the store see my report?
Yes, if the store subscribes to ShelfAlert: the manager receives it in real time in their manager area. The more a product is reported, the higher it climbs in their list of most-requested products.
Is it free for shoppers?
Yes, completely. Stores are the ones who subscribe to receive the reports.
